Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for paid Livinity subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as shown at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first period. Trials are limited to one per user; we may withdraw or modify trial offers and apply anti-abuse measures.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account settings (or by contacting everything@livinity.io). Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial-period credits except where required by law.
4. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and for periods during which you did not use the Service. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund — for example for a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a documented inability to use the Service caused by us.
Statutory rights are preserved. Where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a refund or withdrawal right (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, subject to its conditions), that right applies regardless of this section. To request a refund, contact everything@livinity.io with your account email and the charge details.
5. Failed Payments & Suspension
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment succeeds. Continued non-payment may lead to cancellation and, after a grace period, removal of paid resources.
6. Your Data After Cancellation
After cancellation or expiry, paid features stop. We retain your account data for a limited period during which you can export it or resubscribe, after which data associated with paid features may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of data on your LivOS server.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices on prospective notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
