Reporting a Bug or Sending Feedback

Run into something broken, or have an idea to share? Livinity makes it easy to tell us, right from your desktop, with the Report a problem button in the topbar.


Open it

Click Report a problem in the topbar to open the form.

Choose what you're sending

There are four kinds, so your message reaches the right place:

  • Bug — something isn't working the way it should.
  • Feedback — your thoughts on how Livinity is going.
  • Request — a feature or change you'd love to see.
  • Question — anything you're unsure about.

A few tips for bug reports

If you're reporting a bug, a little detail goes a long way. Where you can, mention:

  • what you were doing when it happened,
  • what you expected, and what happened instead.

You can also mark how serious it is — from low to critical — so we know what needs attention first.

And don't worry about language — write in whatever language you're comfortable with, and we'll understand.
