The Dock

The dock is the bar of app icons at the bottom of your desktop. It's your quick-launch strip for the apps you use most.

Open an app

Just click an icon in the dock to open that app. Apps you currently have open show up here too, so you can jump back to them with one click.

Keep your favorites handy

Want an app to always be one click away? Pin it to the dock. To pin or remove an app, right-click its icon and choose Pin or Remove from Dock.

Pin the handful of apps you reach for every day, and your dock becomes your own personal launch pad.
